“Formed, Not Just Informed”

SPEAKER: Troy Champ

Real change grows from the inside out. You have to start with the heart. Throughout His teaching, Jesus gives little regard to perception management. He’s not interested in optics. Would you rather look holy or be holy? Would you rather look righteous or be righteous? As you hear the words of Jesus, put them into practice. Take one step further than just listening and learning. Let His words shape the way you live. Let Jesus form you, not just inform you.

Become an apprentice of Jesus. Listen and learn from Him on a daily basis. You can start by reading the Gospels of Jesus. These books of the bible will teach you about Jesus’ life so you can learn from His attitude and actions. Try talking to Jesus. This doesn’t have to be a prayer. Open a conversation with Him about what’s going on in your life.
