We serve the God of the universe and His love reaches to the ends of the Earth. We have the opportunity to show that love and live out our discipleship in tangible ways by serving around the world.

Swaziland has the highest rate of HIV/AIDS in the world and has 150,000 orphans seeking food, refuge and love. The Hopechest partnership provides the 200 children at Mkhomobkati with daily feeding and weekly discipleship programming. Each day, field missionaries and members of their discipleship team collaborate to ensure that the children’s medical, physical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs are met. Over time, it is the goal to help these CarePoints grow to be self-sustaining, enhancing the lives of both the children and the community.

In 2013, Capital added to its global outreach programs by partnering with Hungry for Life ( Our first mission team visited in July 2013 focusing on the Membrillal and Zapote areas of San Lucas, Guatemala. In these regions many families cook over open flames. This causes their homes to be continually filled with smoke and creates a variety of health issues. The team built ten brick stoves that are ventilated to the outside. While there, they also hosted a Vacation Bible School and helped build a brand new school in the community. But this was just the beginning. Over the years, the partnership and reach continues to grow with each summer trip.
