Our mission at Capital Church is to invite individuals and families to join us as we journey to become fully-devoted followers of Christ. Our services offer a comfortable environment that welcomes folks just starting out on their path to discover God as well as those believers that are ready to be challenged to dive deeper into His truth.
The Capital Cafe is open during both Saturday night and Sunday morning services and offers all kinds of specialty drinks as well as plain ol’ coffee and Capital’s unmistakable sweet tea (also available in an unsweetened version if that’s your sort of thing).
Saturday Nights @ 6:00pm
Our Saturday Cafe Service takes place in the Capital Cafe. You can enjoy the live blues and jazz music as you sip your peppermint latte or sweet iced tea. The message is the same as the Sunday services.
This service runs approximately one hour. Capital Kids Ministry (0-3 years) is provided.
Sunday Mornings @ 9:15am and 11:00am
These services feature our full worship band and the same message as the Saturday Cafe Service. While our adults worship, we engage our kids with age-appropriate Bible teaching, crafts and games.
These services run approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Capital Kids Ministry is provided.
Wednesday Nights @ 7:00pm - listen to messages
Each Wednesday night, we’ll take an in-depth look at a passage from the Bible to uncover who God is and discover the life to which he’s called us. Currently, we’re unpacking the book of Philippians in a verse-by-verse exposition that takes us deeper into the context of the Paul’s letter while searching our hearts for its application in everyday life. We will be taking a break from the Wednesday Night Bible Study through December, so keep checking back for more details on when we start back up in the new year.
